Luke 18:13

“God be merciful to me, a sinner.”

 (vs.14)  “All who humble themselves will be exalted.”

For over 84 years Glad’s Store has been a prominent part of the Lancaster business community.  But if you are to be a success, you need to be a part of the whole community, not just by selling merchandise, but by participating in events and providing support for your community. 

Thank you Lord for showing us that the blessings of success are not found in the riches that we can obtain, but by the services that we are able to provide our fellow man.  For by thy grace, we can be strength for the weak, food for the hungry and a focal point for thy good works.  Help us to be ever mindful of our obligations to others and not concerned with our own self gratification.  We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ.  Amen
